May 5, 2008 --- First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union (FCFCU) today announced the appointment of Kevin J. Inkley as Senior Vice President, Lending.
In his new position, Inkley will be responsible for creating, managing and implementing First Citizens’ strategic planning programs regarding consumer and business lending programs, including direct and indirect programs and mortgages as well as collections.
“As First Citizens’ continues to grow its base on Cape Cod and The South Coast, we continually search for senior people to assist us to reach new plateaus. Kevin Inkley’s appointment is the latest in a series of senior staff appointments that will allow First Citizens’ to continue that solid growth path,” said Peter J. Muise, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. “Kevin’s broad range of experience will enable us to develop and implement operating strategies that will enhance employee and customer experiences, alike,” he added.
Inkley brings over 25 years of retail banking and mortgage lending experience to First Citizens’.
Prior to joining FCFCU, Inkley had served as senior vice president and director, New England Division of Citizens Bank’s CCO Mortgage Group, Providence, RI, a position he had held since 1999. He has also held senior positions with such well known financial institutios as the former Fleet Bank Mortgage Group, Citicorp Mortgage and PNC Mortgage Corp. of America.
A native of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Inkley grew up in West Dennis, and is a graduate of Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School.
He has a strong commitment to community service, and is the immediate past president, and a current board member of the East Greenwich, RI, Rotary Club.
Inkley is a former member of the United States Marine Corps, having served both in the United States and Okinawa, Japan.
He currently resides with his wife and family in Warwick, Rhode Island.
