Two Chatham businesswomen have partnered to lure baby boomers to the Cape in the middle of the winter.

Mary Boggess and Beth Wade (both veterans of the Cape Cod real estate) and their associates, will guide their guests through the area to explore real estate options and discover that "Special Something" we call living on Cape Cod. From private condo communities to exclusive waterfront estates, interested retirees will discover the ins and out of purchasing Cape Cod real estate.

On Saturday evening, there will be a reception in a lovely Chatham home that is currently on the market. This will be followed by a Sunday morning brunch with Dr. Bill Roiter, author of Beyond Work: How Accomplished People Retire Successfully. He is an executive coach and part-time Chatham resident who speaks about how to retire with style and confidence, touching on all the aspects of a successful life transition from hobbies, to work, finances and fun, said Wade.
