Dennis Partners is looking for a Sales Assistant to the Vice President of Sales!

The position of Sales Assistant is newly created this year with the hopes of giving a recent college graduate who lives on Cape Cod an introduction to the world of recruiting and a chance at an entry level position that we hope, will grow in to a career as a Search Consultant! We understand the difficulties in finding a successful career, not just a job, on the Cape. We are a young, dynamic office that is part of the world's largest and fastest growing search firm. We are seeking an energetic, detail oriented, aggressive and polished individual to join our Pharmaceutical/Biotech search team.

An Undergraduate degree in business, sales, marketing, or communications is preferred. Any Experience in the biotech and/or pharmaceutical industries is a plus. Inside sales experience will also be considered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately assess appropriate target market for a given career opportunity with help from Search Consultant.
• Conduct internet research utilizing Search form, including PCR, job boards, passive networking sites, Google, etc.
• Develop and write Competent, Confident, and Candidate Focused Search presentations.
• Communicate with Search Consultant to troubleshoot potential problems early.
• Ability to manage multiple search projects at once.
• Screen candidates for Search Consultant utilizing 5-pt Candidate Data Sheet (CDS).
• Appropriately match qualified candidates to open assignments, present findings to Search Consultant for possible client presentations
• Ensure that all candidate correspondence is sent out in a timely fashion.
• Be confident making cold phone calls
• Coordinate and schedule interviews (telephone and face-to-face) with Clients and Candidates.
• Ensure that candidates are followed up with in a time appropriate manner.
• Actively present new industry trend observations to Search Consultant, including developments with existing clients and potential new clients.
• Ensure that the candidate information flow to Search Consultant is timely and of quality.
