SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION
Young, dynamic office that is part of the world's largest and fastest growing search firm is seeking an energetic, detail oriented, aggressive and polished individual to join our Pharmaceutical/Biotech team. Qualified candidates will ideally have previous recruitment or sales (inside or outside) experience. The candidate will identify and implement innovative recruitment and staffing strategies, utilize creative sourcing techniques to include Internet, networking, and referrals. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, marketing employee candidates to prospective employers, and coordinating interviews.

An Undergraduate degree in business, sales, marketing, or communications is preferred as well as experience in the biotech and/or pharmaceutical industries. Inside sales experience will also be highly considered for this opportunity.
Candidate Requirements:
Preferred 2 years experience in professional work environment, either in sales or marketing. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated track record of success with a strong desire to learn, grow, and earn an uncapped income. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be will to make a long-term commitment to an executive recruiting career.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately assess appropriate target market for a given career opportunity with help from Search Consultant.
• Develop and write Competent, Confident, and Candidate Focused Search presentations.
• Communicate with Search Consultant to troubleshoot potential problems early.
• Ability to manage multiple search projects at once.
• Appropriately match qualified candidates to open assignments, present findings to Search Consultant for possible client presentations
• Ensure that all candidate correspondence is sent out in a timely fashion.
• Ensure that candidates are followed up with in a time appropriate manner.
• Actively present new industry trend observations to Search Consultant.
• Ensure that candidate information flow to Search Consultant is timely and of quality.
