SEARCH CONSULTANT JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Search Consultant you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and qualifying talented people that meet our client's needs, and for identifying and developing clients in a focused industry segment. You will assist and build relationships with both business professionals and company representatives through heavy phone contact for recruiting of candidates and research of companies. Using the telephone, email and your communication skills, you will be responsible for networking and establishing long-term relationships with client companies and candidates. A key function of a Search Consultant is developing new client company relationships. The Search Consultant works for his client companies to search and fill critical positions and to convert that client into a long-term key account through your integrity, performance and communications relationship.

This position requires a high level of energy, resourcefulness, integrity and a great attitude.
The successful Search Consultant will spend a well-planned, prioritized day, researching business development within their industry of specialization & networking in order to build both client and candidate databases. You will be required to spend up to 75% of your time making outgoing cold calls to grow and market our business and services to companies and to recruit talented candidates for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST have at least 2-3 years of sales experience (business to business or cold calling).
• Be a real hunter and problem solver that is comfortable with COLD CALLING.
• Manage own sales cycle to closure, with emphasis on persuading people and closing the deal in an ethical manner.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet research, and database management.
• Have an upbeat personality, with lots of energy, as well as a positive attitude and a "team player" mentality.
• Possess self-confidence, self-discipline, and integrity.
• Have an extroverted, people oriented, relationship-driven personality.
• Possess excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong desire to build a successful, financially lucrative career.
• Have experience in building your skills and relationships.
• Entrepreneurial drive, including setting and reaching high goals
• Learn quickly.
• Be money motivated!

Recruiting experience preferred, but not required as we have an outstanding training program. This is a sales opportunity with unlimited earnings potential, with no travel and no weekends.
