CCYP seeks Administrator
The Cape Cod Young Professionals is seeking a dynamic part-time Administrator to oversee operations, including the professional, member driven operation of the non-profit organization.

This contracted position could be a work from home opportunity or office infrastructure could be provided.

This person will report to the Board of Directors and will have essential job functions listed below.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilites
- Maintains strong and open communication with the BOD
- Primary liaison and staff support to the BOD and its committees
- Assist in establishing organizational policy
- Acquaints himself or herself with as many members as possible, for the purpose of maintaining strong membership relations, stimulating communications within the business community, identifying common goals and problems to which the CCYP should address itself, and identifying people who may contribute time and resources to CCYP programs
- Cultivates good relationships with city, county, state and federal governments and their elected officials and staff and other business organizations
- Coordinates the activities of the CCYP committees, with the BOD, and provides necessary personal and staff assistance.
- Attends and organizes CCYP events
- Maintains website: calendar of events, member database, etc
- Manages billing & invoicing working with Bookkeeper
Requirements & Qualifications
- Relevant sales, marketing or communications experience with computer efficiency
- Superb management, organizational and budgeting skills
- Extensive verbal, written, time management and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- At home office infrastructure is required (Computer, Printer, Fax/Scanner, Email, High-Speed Internet, Microsoft office & Adobe)
- The position will require 5-10+ hours of work per week, but candidate must be flexible.

Future of Position
The CCYP strongly desires that this be a long term position, however, it will be a true partnership with the admistrator and BOD.

The future success of the position relies heavily on administrator's ability to increase revenue through membership, events, sponsorships, programs, etc.
