Secure Networks is seeking a dynamic and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operation.

This is a 30 -35 hour position to start

This person will report to the president and will have essential job functions listed below.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Maintains strong and open communication with clients
• Dispatch service requests to available technicians
• Track time and expenses associated to tickets
• Track open and closed status of help desk tickets
• Schedule technicians for onsite and remote work
• Create opportunities from open issues
• Create survey process for clients
• Master the time tracking system
• Accounts payable and receivables
• Assist in establishing organizational policy
• Relevant sales, marketing experience
• Superb management, organizational and budgeting skills
• Extensive verbal, written, time management Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Enforcing office policies
• Updating client database

The future success of the position relies heavily on Managers ability to increase revenue through Client Relations.
