Mr. Bartlett will be presenting two topics at this day-long seminar designed for engineers. The first is, Low-Impact Development Storm Water Management Strategies and include, New Project Development as well as Retrofit of Existing Watershed Areas. The second portion of his presentation will be, Developing Storm Water Bylaws and Regulations for local Communities. The program will be followed by a question and answer session.
Mr. Bartlett is the president of Norfolk Ram Group, LLC. Mr. Bartlett is a civil environmental engineer with more than 28 years diversified experience in conducting engineering field investigations, preparing engineering management consultant. Mr. Bartlett’s experience includes hydrologic analyses, drainage designs and storm water treatment, wastewater treatment designs, grading and erosion control, on-site water supply design, watershed impact assessments, environmental impact statements, roadway design, and landfill closure design.
