The first is, Low-Impact Development Storm Water Management Strategies and include, New Project Development as well as Retrofit of Existing Watershed Areas. The second portion of his presentation will be, Developing Storm Water Bylaws and Regulations for local Communities. The program will be followed by a question and answer session.
Mr. Bartlett is the president of Norfolk Ram Group, LLC. Mr. Bartlett is a civil environmental engineer with more than 28 years diversified experience in conducting engineering field investigations, preparing engineering management consultant.
